For the iPhone, you comment is to press the "+" button.  Which button is the "+" button and how do I find it?

The "+" button is located at the bottom of the Safari browser once you have it open.  Newer versions of the Safari browser have replaced the "+" button with a picture icon with an arrow coming out of it... but it's in the same spot on the screen.
