Basic Navigation - Parent Home

Just like any new application, it takes a little bit to get used to and figure your way around the landscape.  This basic navigation will hopefully help make it a little easier.

  1. Tell a Friend - Click here to tell all of your friends and family about FamilyMint.  Help us spread the word.
  2. Settings - Click here to edit your bank settings including bank name, user name, password, etc...
  3. Help - Click here to be taken to FamilyMint's Knowledge Base.
  4. Logout - Click here to log out of your profile. 
  5. Feedback - Click here to be taken to our Forums page.
  6. FamilyMint Version - This is the version of FamilyMint you are currently using.  
  7. Advertisement (Free version only) - Advertisements are displayed in the Free version of FamilyMint.  If you prefer not to see ads, you can click on upgrade now to get our Premium version.
  8. Children Profiles - Profiles of each created child.  Mouse over to see balance information or click on profile picture to be taken to that child's page.
  9. Scrolling Bar - Only four children profiles show at a time. If you have more than four children, you can scroll through them using the scroll bar below their profile pictures.
  10. Create User - Click here to add a new banker or child profile.  Remember, when you log in for the first time, you are a banker.  You do not need to create a new profile for yourself.
  11. Bank Name - This is the name of your bank, which can be updated in Settings.
  12. Bank Account Balance - This is the total Current and Approved balance of all of the children's account balances.  This is the total amount you owe all of your children!
  13. Transaction Buttons - Click on Transfer, Withdraw or Deposit buttons to perform those transactions.  Refresh button refreshes the screen.
  14. Pending Transactions - Shows all transactions that require approval and allows parent to approve or deny transactions.  If you have no Pending Transactions, the table will display "Hooray! You have no transactions to approve. Switch to All Transactions."  You can then click anywhere within the table or the Transactions tab to be taken to Transactions.
  15. Apply Dates - Specific dates can be selected by clicking on the calendars and then clicking Apply Filter.
  16. Transactions - Shows detailed transaction history defaulted to 90 days.  Columns can be sorted by clicking on the column heading.
  17. Advertisement (Free version only) - Advertisements are displayed in the Free version of FamilyMint.  If you prefer not to see ads, you can click on upgrade now to get our Premium version.
